Article and note submission for Volume 104 is now open.

Texas Law Review Online (TLRO) is the online component of Texas Law Review. TLRO publishes articles, book reviews, notes, and responses to Texas Law Review articles, notes, or book reviews. Submissions are accepted via email or Scholastica. Pieces published in TLRO are available wherever the Texas Law Review is published online, including our website, LexisNexis, WestLaw, etc. Past pieces can be found at http://texaslawreview.org/online-edition/. TLRO publishes pieces ranging from approximately 3,000 to 11,000 words, including footnotes.

Article/Book Review/Note Submission Process:
If you are interested in submitting an article or book review for publication in Texas Law Review Online, please submit through Scholastica or contact tlro@texaslrev.com. Please include a brief summary of your submission.

Response Submission Process:
If you are interested in responding to an article or note in the Texas Law Review and would like to submit to Texas Law Review Online, please contact tlro@texaslrev.com.

  1. The title and citation of the Texas Law Review article, book review, or student note the response will respond to.
  2. A brief summary (less than one page) of the argument the response will make.
